in my opinion when for example number 4 has the ball the number 6 has to go to the other side to ask for the ball so number 10 come closer..with this way number 8 is completely alone behind the midle zone of the opponent and thats the key pass we are looking for..

For this formation to work team has to be top notch 👌
I prefer 332 or 323 makes it easier to transition to 11 on field
