Will have to try this. When I visited Berlin I, of course, had to get a Currywurst. To my surprise it was skinless, ohne Pelle (Darm). This gives it a unique texture that you cannot get with a regular bratwurst. Looked similar to a weisswurst but not as soft. Will have to do some research, great video, Danke schön.
