Not against reservations but there should be a limit .. not talking about pwds talking about SC, ST govt should bring creamy layer into sc,st reservations whos parents are already group A officers for 2 generations bcz people who are actually backward are not getting this benefit of reservation in those communities

My humble request to the Government of India and the government of respective states.
Please remove government vehicles to IAS officers (especially smita) such as cars and helicopters to visiting the fields because IAS officers(especially smita)are physically fit, and they (especially smita)can visit the fields on FOOT.

Swapna Madam, Having worked earlier in TV 9, I didn't expect you to start the debate as laymen. You should have done enough exercise. How many differently abled IAS/IPS working in Telengana, Andhra ? If there is none, she has something in her mind and quipped out something in different in different mind status . At the same time you should have come out with statistics how many differently abled working in cadre of Group A, B,C and D in govt, autonomous, govt aided, self financed administered by govt... quota alloted and no in position... so, job calendar not announced for vacancies.... which becomes another debate that will be positive for them!!! So, be different, think differently and ofcourse not indifferently!!!!

I think regarding administrative issue ie IAS,IPS, IFS differently abled must depend on others hence quality of work and secrecy of matter can't be maintain practically her twit is some what justisbke but now UPSC is also polluted and all able persons are also some body are not qualitative and just slabes to the govt
As far as I know disabled are not eligible for IPS and even in IAS and IFS services, they are recruited for the jobs they are suitable for. Franklin Roosevelt, who had mobility impairment, served as the President of the USA thrice, the only one in the entire USA's history, and that too during the 2nd world War. When Roosevelt served as the President during World War in the '40s, couldn't the disabled to word as IAS/IFS in the 21st century. David Blunkett (who has visual impairment) worked as Home Secretary (equivalent to Home Minister in the central govt.) in Tony Blair's minister.
