I am so jealous Josh! I would have loved to be in that car!
@@doreenonekalit9888 one day you might get the opportunity to ride with us ,you never know 😃
From the comments you will notice majority are shocked Ukambani being Green. My Dad Sold his land from murang'a county some years back and bought a big land in Machakos county. I was born there 30 years ago. Green land with rivers. All his life he has been a farmer and a business man selling his his products to Kiambu and murang'a county people... People should visit their country and ignore their local TV stations. God bless Kenya.
Kenya is one of the most beautiful countries in Africa. My diaspora people let's appreciate African travel by,giving him some likes.
🙏🙏🙏
Kenyan is on my bucket list of some African countries/I am a liberian
You most welcome
Welcome it's a beautiful country with good hearted people.
@@AfrikanTraveller thanks brother I started following you through WODEMAYA.I do like what you guys are doin for the Continent. Show casing oir natural and fertile soil
So this is what birds get to see everyday
Imagine
Kutamania, Free as a bird" to explore God's great big world.
Infact what you view from there are the historic MBOONI HILLS where a story tells the dispersion of bantu speaking GEMA was a stopover during the initial migrations. Try to visit the hills one day.
I didn't know Kambaland is this green. They lied to us.This road reminds me of view point(Mai mahiu) .Driving on that road inaleta kizunguzungu,it's beautiful though.
Kamba land depends on which side.
@@AfrikanTraveller oh,thanks for the info. I might have to visit.
Aki, I also don't know why...kutuonea tu,while North Eastern is drier..🙆♀️
Leo siongei saana but i do love your collaboration with Josh,, you guys are killing it 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥😍
Wazi Bro
@@AfrikanTraveller Vipi Bro haki hii ukweli ni Snake Road lovely👍👍👍👍
The best. Ukambani land is so beautiful. We thank God for peace in our land.
Finally you've managed to bring this beautiful road to our screens. Ukambani actually has so much to explore. Keep going 🙏.
Well machakos wote route is also an alternative to go to Mombasa you reach makindu, if you have to avoid the A109 stretch whichs extremely busy with heavy traffic
Afrikan Traveler, there is something unique about you, as a person. I marvel at your consistency in dropping these videos. Your resilience is awesome. This topped up by excellent quality and informative videos easily makes you the best vlogger, not just in Africa but the whole world. Keep up the good job.
Wow! Thank you for the kind words.
@@AfrikanTraveller Keep rising..
Totally agree
Makongo ViewPoint is a lovely place. A good venue for a weekend Gateway with family and friends
I used this road during my high school years....hated the curves so much
You just took yoir content to another level brother seeing Kenyan from the top.

Si ukambani you're Dry.
Toka pipeline tembea ukambani bro
@@AfrikanTraveller kevo you're dry 😂😂
Ina depend na season, Karibu ni ninue ngamia 😂😂😂😂
Best alternative route to coast less Traffick, breathtaking scenery
It's true kenya is beautiful even if uganda is the pear of Africa
Thanx guys
Wow! The narrative we've been fed is that ukambani is the dryest land south of sahara. But this is sooo beautiful and now i want land there
It's not the whole of Ukambani that is Dry.
I grew up seeing the constructors building this road back in 2004-2006. There was too much noise when they were breaking the rocks.
You have really raised bars on your channel good work quality work good content 👍 keep up more 👌
Thank you.
Thanks for showing Kenyans and whole world that ukambani is not all dry as they think, is the most peaceful place to live, I really love my homeland.
Men kenya is beautiful
Nice view, everything I see is beautiful
Glad you enjoyed it.
I was in wote in 2017 and actually I see nothing has changed much mostly on the road apart from more cars.....I enjoyed the drive then but didn't stop at the viewpoint.....thanks for the beautiful drone shots
I really loved the scenery form the area. Beautiful place indeed.
I'm from makueni county and so proud of my county,
On your way to makongo u passed through KIVANI, that's my local market,
hope you had much fan in makueni county.

I had agreat time their.
Proud kamba here too also from makueni
This part of Kenya is stunningly beautiful and gorgeous, love the scenery. Perfect for nature lovers. I will add it to my bucket list. The road network is in great shape. This winding road reminds me of Mulholland drive road in Los Angeles. Great upload.
Thank you,am so glad you enjoyed the tour.
Greetings Afrikan Traveller, amazing video content and that drone of yours makes it even more spectacular as your numbers reflect. Kenya is awesome and very beautiful as the view reflects, thanks for sharing.

Visit the nyoka, nyoka road in central province, it's a very snaking road.
Side gani ya Central Kenya.
@@AfrikanTraveller Mūrang'a county Kangema- Gacharage route.
Thanks for the information
Nice view
Thanks
Beautiful country,
I really don't understand why Ukambani is classified as an ASAL Region. The place looks so green. Those are great drone shots of the landscape guys. Keep going
There's a world of difference between Machakos & Makueni on one hand and Kitui/Mwingi on the other with the latter being much drier especially where it borders Garissa. Also April May most of Kenya is very lush even the driest parts.
Vere ngween
You just seeing o.1% of Ukambani. The entire kambaland should be bigger than central and nyanza combined.
@@QOOQ8808 These are drone shots of Makueni where Kibwana has ever started milk factories and mango juice factories. That does not sound like ASAL to me.
In Kenya any region that cannot sustain itself with rain fed agriculture is classified as an ASAL region which should not be the case. If you build dams or boreholes in Ukambani to supplement the rains, the region could basically build the whole of Kenya.
Always telling the African story the African way
Kenya 🇰🇪 is indeed beautiful looks so green
Good roads too, I can see on the right is still under construction 🚧
Traffic is a blessing in disguise 😂😂
Hahaha finally driving on the right side. Yeah we definitely have to tell our stories.

Btw African Traveller next time if you want to beat that crazy msa road traffic....please leave before sunrise. As in the sun should be rising when you are past JKIA then you know you have escaped the madness
Thanks for the info, that road is a nightmare.
Nice scenery!!
Amazing.
It just some weird mentality put out there that ukambani this ukambani that and sometimes even kitui there are greener parts and have some hills called' ngai ndethie" which has similar meandering roads and some great views
True. Not every part is dry.
This is amazing. Thanks for showing our home to the world
Well done guys. Keep it up.
Thank you
