Rajma / Red Kidney beans - 1.5 cups
Cinnamon - 1 small stick
Hing - ¼ th tsp
Jeera - ½ tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 3 tsp
Sunth/Ginger Powder - 1/4th tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying
Desi ghee 1tbs
Kasuri methi
