I've gotten to a point where I feel which of my stones I need at a particular time. On certain days I'll just pick up the one that's attracting me the most - I don't necessarily have to do anything special with it (e.g., meditate) but knowing it's vibration is recalibrating my energy is healing.
Everyone always has that one crystal that they were first drawn to, and for me that has to be labradorite or citrine. Honestly I could go on and on. Crystals have saved me from all of the chaos going on in the world. I’m a nurse and a huge empath which is such a blessing, but all of the anger in the world and sadness got to me and I kinda snapped about 3 months ago and knew I had to make a big change for myself. I got into crystals, guided meditations, reiki, and back into daily tarot. Anything I can do self care, I’m doing it. I stopped looking at social media, news and watching tv. Worked, came home and showered the day away, pulled out my crystals and my books and let myself drift away into an entire new me. I feel better than I have in years. Something major is shifting in 2021 and I’m absolutely thrilled to be more aware and present for it. Thank you for sharing your videos. I have no idea how I got here, but that’s how it works. 🦋
I carry the raw amethyst in my pocket and I have noticed that my intuition has improved with time. That is a wonderful feeling to know without knowing that was happening all the while. I am aware now and will be more mindful as I continue to grow with my crystals 🔮❤.

Aquamarine is my birthstone and I try to listen to my gut feeling. May have to try enhancing it with these stones.
