Oh my goodness. I’m showing this video to my manager next time she tells me it doesn’t take an hour to do a good “zone”(organize and pull to the front). I am such a perfectionist so that doesn’t help, but I also take the time to do a good job! Would love to have you come where I work lol.
Do Americans call it zoning? I’m Canadian and we call it facing. And I can confirm it takes well over an hour if you wanna truly face an entire aisle. There’s always that ONE aisle that’s a nightmare to do.
These organization videos really help me sleep, I watch them every night. Seeing everything go from scattered to you doctoring up the aisles to be presentable is so satisfying to me 😌 You have a very calm speaking voice, I love your accent and your jokes 😁😁❤️‼️

I work in apparel at a Walmart and these videos make me want to switch departments. LOL. In all honesty though, the denim walls in men's and boy's are always the last thing I do at night because I find them to be incredibly relaxing.
My first thought was why but after watching a couple of your videos I can see how it can be almost addicting. Do you plan your trips to organize or does it just happen when you see it’s needed? If you don’t have time to fix things does it bother you that you have to leave it?
I plan these trips in advance so I'll have time to do the organizing. I'm normally not in there to buy anything. It does bother me a bit when I can't organize everything, but if I'm pressed for time, eh, there's not much I can do about it.
I think you can get it done a little quicker if you work from the top, down. Just my opinion! 😊 these videos are so entertaining though keep up with the content
Realistically, She could get it done a lot faster if she wasnt worried about the camera and had both hands to use. I think she does great. Speed's not really the goal for her; she's not an employee. Personally, id probably take one section at a time and pull all the random ones out first. Again tho, for the purpose of the video, i think her method is great.
My manager used to get mad at me if I don't get this finish under 20 mins and keep it organized through out my whole shift while zoning, stocking, cashing and helping other customers. it's crazy what they expect and crazy how people mess things up

I‘m surprised how messy the supermarkets in the US are... In Germany you can’t recognize sth like that. It’s always neat and clean and everywhere is personal for sorting products 😅
They're not all like this. Please don't think that they all look like this. This isn't even a supermarket. It's a deep discount store, not what is typical for our grocery stores at all.
I am well aware of that. I've spent literally hundreds of hours sorting thousands of bottles of nail polish. It bothers me because I hear people say it all the time, referring to espresso. It's really annoying, kind of like "irregardless" or "conversate".
I gotta ask because I can't stop wondering haha, does the store know you are doing this? Did you ask if you could film and do this? I keep being afraid that while you're filming someone is gonna come up to you and say something hahaha.
Don't worry. That never happens. If it did, I'd warn you in advance. There's no need to be anxious. Just relax. If you still feel anxious, these videos may not be a good thing for you to keep watching.

Makeup is really hard because you have multiple aisles of stuff, and it would involve a LOT of walking back and forth, around and around. It's too intensive to try to do in a video. Toys I can't do on TH-cam anymore due to COPPA.
