    If you want a good pole bean recommendation try the tai soldier beans. They are a vigorous grower. If it wasn't for them being frost tender I bet they would grow like a perennial. They say bush habit but they definitely need a bit of support. I grew them on an arched trellis and they took over. I thought they were gonna grow more like a bush so I put like six seeds in they all germinated and took off.

Nasturdium is definatly on my list every year since it is my favorite edible plant 💚 I also enjoy the butter lettuce a lot since I grew up in Germany with it. Its over priced in stores here in the US and wrapped in lots of plastic. I love that it thrives in winter very well. An additional seed that I love is the Jibai cucumbers since I love to eat the skin and it's super thin. :) I enjoyed your tips, thank you :) and Ill definatly will try the melons you suggested and the beans 😁

    Great video! Which of these are Aerogarden Harvest friendly?

    • @The_IndoorGardener
      @The_IndoorGardener  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi! You could grow the butter crunch lettuce, red swan bush bean and nasturtiums no problem. You should be able to grow the poblano and blot peppers as well you will just need to top them so they don’t get too tall. Peppers also take a lot of space so you wouldn’t want to plant more than one and I would be keeping a lot of the other spaces empty (with the holes covered as you don’t want algae!). With a LOT of intervention you COULD grow a charentais melon. I grew one in my aerogarden farm but I had to hand pollinate it which is a lot of work but it was fun! Hope that helps!

    • @The_IndoorGardener

      Hi Simone, I went back and looked and it mentions it is a short indeterminate which is hilarious! I have found that it grows like a determinate, thus my mistake in classification :) Mine never grow much more than 4 feet and seem to set most of their fruit at the same time in determinate fashion. But no matter what type it is, it is definitely delicious! How you grown it before?
