I have two ryft kits built, a four-wheel steer on treal axles, fitted a full size servo for the shifting... The other I have built is just for bashing smashing and vertical hill climbs... I've learned to buy two kits from horizon... Because it's guaranteed they will be discontinued and I hate RTRs 🍻
Seems like interest in RC is building...BUILDING! I love building. Also (after watching more of the video) I really appreciate all the parts listed bro! I'm looking to build an ultimate Capra eventually.
not going to lie i was hoping you would have kept it a little more true to a wdw capra. it was beautiful how you had it while reminiscing a stock capra with a few performance upgrades. cool vid! stoked to see you got an irl buggy!
Awesome beast build Dogan! This rig has taken your skills to yet another stratosphere! Thanks for sharing your latest creation!! The terrain is a real treat to watch you work your magic in!! Great stuff!!!
I just built a rp kraken with literally all of the same parts. Only thing different is i went with the ssdlux straight axles. Now you got me wanting to transfer it all to a capra!
I totally njoy ur vids!! Love to crawl my junk in your nieghbor hood!! Im in San Diego, 3/4 mile from Mexico!! We have great crawln areas...but this vid, has temp me to do 4ws with 1, of 3 carpras ... godspeed, my friend!!
Let me know what you think, you say. You appear to be struggling to find terrain to challenge the vehicle ? In my town ( Australia) I don’t have any rocks even close to what you have there. If I had that outfit I would not easily find anything for it. I can see for you it’s a great vehicle but for me a true 1/10 on 1.9 tires is more suited to my single track mountain bike paths . So my journey in the hobby at 65 years of age has me heading in the opposite direction towards scale trail.
Those wheel weights sound awesome! Almost sounds like boomracing weighted brass beadlock rings. You should check those out, a fusion pro and your driveline doesn’t care if you add weight to the wheels themselves . Not enough wheel speed or heat to matter 👍🏽
Nice job Logan. This thing is lovely! I have just started a UK trail and rock crawling guide. I bet you could do an awesome series with the terrain you have out there!
We need some kind of skid to go between the links. Can’t tell you how many time I’ve gotta hooked underneath there and been absolutely STUCK. Would’ve rather slid back off the obstacle (or up and over) 😅😂
Man that is sick! Wow thet is all out! Why do it with Capra? Not a sporty or custom rails? It’s. It a Capra it’s a Capra cage. The tires looks sick. That front axle is worth it all wow steering angle is sick. Sometimes wonder why I’d buy anything but dlux oh yeah price lolol!
Stumbled across this, I have a danshee ridgerock crawler and I want something better now. Would love a rig like that but I have a full size jeep that takes most of my money, Whats the best budget rig with rear steer????
Hey mate did you go with the brass knuckles aswell as the loaded dice weight hangers on the front or did you go with the lighter aluminium knuckles/portal covers and then just the weight hangers? Thanks mate
@westdesertwheeler2666 What is your track width for this built capra. I'm trying to decide whether to go dx44 portal or ssdlux portals on my poizd t3 v2 cheater rig on 2.2 ibex pins. Thoughts please mate
I’m building one right now with super shafty axles, vanguish 3 gear. Does anyone besides super shafty make extended tranny outputs? They’re never in stock and not really enough clearance for the dig servo even with the ucfab mount.any suggestions?
Badass. Just when I thought I had my Capra build planned out, you show us this.lol Were the longer links just so the wheelbase would be better proportioned to the big tires, or did that servo layout require a bit more room? Congrats on youe success. Still my favorite crawler channel, with r/c and 1/1 coverage that can't be beat.
This is exactly why I like my Ryft axles😎allows for longer wheelbase without looking goofy and run bigger tires and way bigger climbs😎Sick build man🔥🔥
How is the steering on Ryft axles?
@Crash..Bash..RC_ Great! No complaints at all. It might not get 60° of angle but plenty for what I do.

Absolutely a totally sick crawler wish my capra was like yours 👍👍

Outstanding run,,, beautiful build, very nice lines, thanks for the show!!!!!

Love your videos man ! Wish we had terrain like that on the east coast.
The only thing that can make it better is a dig unit. Party on Garth 🎉

GREAT build! Top notch parts and superb attention to detail, Dlux never fails to impress. Looking forward to the build breakdown! 👍

After PBTF last year, you got me looking at Dlux, an they have helped with some super rare find XR10 parts for a few builds im working on, thanks

Dude that first climb is insanity. Man do I live in the wrong part of the country lol. Very hard to find true rock features here.
Sweet build Logan! Unbelievable lines. Yep Im jealous living in the midwest

What a bad ass rig
Very nice. Liking the longer build. I've got mine at 13.5". Need to upgrade axles. Still stock. And I need a set of your Krawlers.
That is a sick capra! Just awesome 👌🏻
Looking forward to a build video on this.

Everything about this video and rig are pretty rad thanks for posting 👊🍻🤙
Sick. That's about what I ultimately am going for with my Capra
Every part I’ve bought from dlux has been awesome.
That build is spicy🔥
Keep fighting the good fight 👊
Man that is sick!

It’s. It a Capra it’s a Capra cage.

Super Nice Capra 😊
Search a radical badass driver bro thank you for the inspiration

Have you ran the IERC empire chassis that guys are putting under these?
Hey bro sick Build good stuff 😁
really nice build. i have a spare capra cage i might try and do this with! Is the front a four link or a three link desing?
How much wider are those axles then Capra axles? I have a set ordered for class 3 and worry they are to wide?
awesome build ..... but if you dig it ........ lethal weapon
No more scx6 videos ??
Hey mate did you go with the brass knuckles aswell as the loaded dice weight hangers on the front or did you go with the lighter aluminium knuckles/portal covers and then just the weight hangers? Thanks mate
Brass knuckles, aluminum cover, brass weight hangers
@westdesertwheeler2666

What hubs did you go with? .225??

What!? Anytime is a good time for kisses! 😂
How much did the car cost?
Welcome to the performance side! Now you only need to get rid of that capra cage and get a real chassis and you are good to go to some real comp! 💪🏁🏁
So what made you go with the NOD trans instead of the portal trans? Just curious because I’m looking to change my trans on my 4ws Capra.
Did you end up going with the portal trans?
Yes I went with the portal trans and it’s amazing. Definitely well worth the money. It’s so smooth and was very easy to install.
@andrewmoyer9630 is it geared low enough or is it worth going to nod 2 for that
What compound are those tires? I see they have 3 different types on their site
Their firmest option
What shocks are those?
I am guessing they are Dlux (or dravetech) based on the design….without springs.

Lol dogin 😂
What a freak.
what's the cost on this build?
The only thing that can make it better is a dig unit. Party on Garth 🎉
