My 1st copy of "Dig out your soul" started flaking from the silver outer edges so I got a second NEW copy on CD and the same thing happened, not sure if it's considered disc rot.☹️👎 Both CDs were stored in jewel cases btw. Do you've the same problem with this CD?
I don't actually have a copy of Dig Out Your Soul. But i have experienced the flaking silver towards the edge of the disc on some second hand stuff I've bought. I have heard of disc rot, but i thought it happened on much older stuff from the 80s. But who knows
That morning glory one is the british pressing, i have the same one and if you look at the catalogue number or whatever its called you'll see its starts 'CRESCD' which stands for like creation cd or something because that was their record label. I'm assuming your australian and you'll probably notice that the others you have say the epic record label which was their label their records were released on in australia and the us
