Making Letterhead On Illustrator

Setting Up the Document:
New Document: Start by going to File - New (or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl/Cmd + N) to create a new document.
Document Size: Choose a standard paper size for your letterhead. Common options include A4 or US Letter. You can find these presets in the New Document window.
Bleed Area (Optional): If you plan to have elements touch the edge of the paper after printing, add a bleed area. This is a small extra area that gets trimmed off during printing. In the New Document window, under Bleed and Slug, enter a value like 3mm for all sides.
Color Mode: For printing purposes, set the Color Mode to CMYK. You can find this option under Advanced in the New Document window.
Resolution: Ensure the resolution is set to at least 300 dpi (dots per inch) for good print quality.
