Man you inspired me to play bow and i still play it 24/7 with centennial silencer and its just so crisp when a bow headshot lands or i kill anyone with it. It's also perfect for my prestige grind as its a cheap loadout and very effective i love bow fr. Thank you for showing me the way :D
I really like the concept of the drilling. On paper, it should be THE gun for me. Unfortunately it feels so clunky due the slow reload and swap animation of the barrels. The damage is quite low as well. It feels so bad when you hit both shots - but the other guy is still alive. Way to costly as well. Could need some adjustment in my opinion.
I think its price is where it should be, for a gun that combines 2 rifle barrels and 1 shotgun barrel. But on switch time in between the fire modes, I agree with you. It's really damn slow
Finally drilling from Rex. My favorite weapon. And best choice for katana. The only thing is you don’t really need the knuckle knife (you have a katana) and put poison trap instead of it

I dislike paying the price for it and being off and quickly get sent back to the lobby…🤦. So I basically pick it up in the bayou. I will use it in those cases and continue using it in games after that. So basically I just don’t buy it anymore but will use it if I find it….👍
Yeah the Drilling is quite a doubled edged sword. Either you actually hit your shots or you're pretty much screwed. The ammo types I think are worth being put on the Drilling, are FMJ, Buckshot and Slugs. Or if you want to have a fast bullet, you just use the regular bullets. Though Dum dum ammo has it's qualities, I suppose that it's not really worth to sacrifice the ability to penetrate hard cover. Don't get me wrong, bleeding is still really opressive, but being able to shoot through walls, can apply even more pressure, when enemies are inside a building. Flechette is kinda useless, to be honest. I don't see a reason, why you should use bleed ammo on a single shot underbarrel shotgun. Pennyshot is a good meme and great against bosses, but otherwise, I rather go with buckshot or Slugs
It would have been better if they create it the same way as in Battlefield V. In this other game, the Drilling is a double barrel shotgun with a single riffle shot. But it would have killed the Caldwell Rival for sure. I think the gun is OK even if it fells weird but they definitively should drop the price
Does instinct work on downed solos that still can necro? Ive had this many times where instinct pops up around screen but there is no one on dark sight and there is a lot of bodies.
I feel like you shouldnt aim directly on the enemies but slightly off. Like the sights are in the "middle", but the barrels are slightly to the side? My hits always feel so random, sometimes what should miss actually hits and what should hits misses
I think that maybe they should make another variant of the drilling that has a longer barrel that uses long gun ammunition allowing its range and dmg to go up but maybe increase if the reload speed.

drilling would be awesome if it weren’t for the price. I’d honestly love to see a drilling without the shotgun for like 200hunt dollars.
