- Fatty liver disease (steatosis) is a common condition caused by having too much fat build up in your liver. A healthy liver contains a small amount of fat. It becomes a problem when fat reaches 5% to 10% of your liver's weight.

Researchers haven’t found the exact cause of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Several factors, such as obesity and diabetes, can increase your risk.

I heard that Sapiens lost most of the video and started to reupload everything. I'm here to comment again about my experience using this field.
I was diagnosed with Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver some years ago with SGPT reaching hundreds (almost 400). The normal limit for SGPT is around 40 so mine is like 10x more than the normal limit.
I'm using this field back then and slowly healed my liver. After 2-3 years, my SGPT is back to normal at 27. I'm free of that fatty liver disease. I stopped using this for a year now because I maintained my SGPT at normal level. I'm here to help the algo engagement because I really feel grateful for this field.

Yes! I have found it, too. I called them out, cause they had genetic advantage fat burning video with very few comments claiming that it was deleted, when it wasn't, because I have the original one in my Playlist with thousands of comments.
