I've also become accustomed with no audience. Particularly with Colbert. You can fit in more jokes. I hope Seth does voice the audio version of his children's book. That would be hilarious. Corrections is pretty popular I would assume he'll keep doing that

Straight up boo-ed out loud when he said they were coming back in a week. I feel like they're going to end up dropping a lot of what made his show so delightful the last year and a half if an audience is there.

I think Seth is one of those guests they get when they have last minute cancelation or an opening to fill that they couldnt book. i mean he's pretty much part of the show. works just down the hall (or upstairs) and pretty much sees them everyday.

James Corden has managed it pretty well, actually. Most of what we see on YT is him gabbing with the crew, still, just like before the audience, but now there's an audience to "fill out" the laughter and applause. Alas, the audience applause when "The News" is announced drowns out Steve's incredibly creative News Jingle Stylings.
My worry, when Seth has an audience again, is that he will lapse into his old timing, and milk the laughter / applause as he used to, instead of driving straight into the next bit as he's been doing during Covid.
