I just got the CP Pro as a Christmas gift. I hadn't thought about massage guns so I Googled. Bob & Brad instantly reminded me of carnival barkers working the crowd with a fast paced team pitch...ugh! Discovered Will Harlow in the UK and learned how to use the CP (subscribed to his channel and got his book "Thriving After Fifty"). I'll research, study, learn and practice as there might be a quiz! I've been riding a Catrike Recumbent since I retired in 2015 (20K+ miles). I can easily ride thirty miles, but walk the Mall, be on my feet for more than a few minutes, raise my arms above shoulder level, ouch. Riding is not helping the lower back pain nor the pain in my arms and shoulders so I think the CP will help. My paradigms have now been shifted. Life goes on. And thanks for your calm demeanor. Sorry B&B, ugh. I plan to view some of your other videos for sure because there's info pertinent to my riding as well. One thing I know is that I was not going to be a runner. The Army taught me that! It's also why I've been riding the recumbent. There's something about fresh air, sunshine and taking my mind off all of the quotidian crap (if you know what I mean 8-)
I appreciate you sharing your journey. It's interesting to hear how you've evolved to trying a massage gun. You might also try using it before your bike ride. I'm glad you are finding helpful resources!

Great review! Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
Really like my B&B mini. Bag fits nicely in my gym bag and it really holds a charge.
Awesome! I really like my Bob & Brad C2 massagers.
Thanks for the review. I just ordered mine! :)
Hope you enjoy it!
Can you make a video on how to operate it???
Thanks for commenting. I do not expect to make any added videos on this product, but I appreciate the suggestion.
