I'm Pakistani and married to a Bengali girl and this is by far my favorite chicken dish from any Desi food that my grandmother in law makes. I will have to use one of them to translate this for me so I can make it. The only thing I'd change is to fry the chicken in the same pot/pan where I'd make the sauce so no flavor is wasted.

Lately I was craving for the roast chicken like old times that I missed for long time, I was looking the recipes on the google and suddenly found your video made me interested to make a quick roast, it was the last Sunday morning, even though I didn't had half of the ingredients, took the risque anyway and I made it!!!!! Would be much easier and convenient if ingredients with steps to cook written in description box. It discourage myself a bit as it's not written. I believe others faces same problem too.

Lately I was craving for the roast chicken like old times that I missed for long time, I was looking the recipes on the google and suddenly found your video made me interested to make a quick roast, it was the last Sunday morning, even though I didn't had half of the ingredients, took the risque anyway and I made it!!!!!
