    Nepali Donut
    Ingredients:
    4 and ½ cups of bread flour or ap flour
    300 ml or little less than 1 and ½ cup of lukewarm milk
    4 tablespoon sugar
    1 tablespoon yeast or 7 grams of yeast
    A pinch of salt
    Sunflower oil or any neutral oil to fry
    Instructions:
    1.Mix yeast and sugar with milk. And let it rise and rest for about 5 minutes.
    2.Put 4 cups of flour in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt. Make a dough with the milk mixture.
    3.Sprinkle some flour to make sure the dough is not too sticky; I used about half a cup.
    4.Let it rest until it’s double in size, or let it rest overnight.
    5.Make donut shapes however you like, and let them rest for another hour until they’ve doubled in size.
    6.Fry in hot oil. Make sure the oil is hot enough by frying a small dough ball, and also make sure that the oil is not too hot so it doesn’t burn.
    7.Fry all the donuts until they are golden brown, and enjoy your fresh donuts.
