We’re just your typical American-Colombian couple determined to live every second of our precious time here on earth to the fullest. After a 10-month solo backpacking trip through South America, I (Mitch) stopped in Cali, Colombia to take salsa dancing classes 💃🏻. I only planned to stay for a couple weeks, but God had other plans for me. I met a cute Colombian girl (Day) in class, those couple weeks turned into a couple years, and before we knew it...we were married 👰🏻🤵🏼
Now we’re traveling the world full time as digital nomads, supporting ourselves by working online 👨💻👩💻

Damn, looks super fun! Wish I could have made it this year. Bansko looks lovely regardless, I might hop over there after my time in Romania anyways for the hiking! Really looking forward to the apartment info. Great video!!

Love these videos. What was your feel of the community there? Also were there people just starting their businesses or experienced online entrepreneur s/remote workers ...
I thought it was really cool because I let people from all levels - from brand new virtual assistants getting off the ground to 7-figure online business owners. There were also a lot of people who ran (or were starting) digital nomad retreats, coworkings/colivings, and other things for nomads around the world, so it was interesting and inspiring to learn about the projects that everyone was working on. Some were in countries we’re planning to visit soon, so it’s nice to build those connections 😇

Thought it was 350 people - btw, ya hats on back to front
Last year was around 300 I believe, this year there was well over 500 in the participants FB group. And front hats don’t always mix well with cameras - lots of shadows. Shadows still ended up bad in the sun though… oh well, what can ya do? 🤷🏼♂️
When is the next feast coming?
They have one every summer! :-) I believe early bird tickets are on sale now for next year, but you can always come and visit even when there’s no nomadfest - it’s a charming town!
