when i first bought rocksmith 2014 and soon later bought the muse dlc pack, Stockholm Syndrome was always a song where i never thought id be able to fully learn cuz of the intro riff. 1 year and a half of learning guitar, and today i was able to successfully play the full song on my first try after having not played it in over a year
Nøkktryyth As a beginner, I am still confused. How is it possible to hit both the A string and G string in one strumming without hitting the D string between the two?
You mute it with your first finger, by covering the string but not actually pressing it, so that it makes a quiet percussive sound rather than the proper note.

noooo way, plug in baby is so much easier, i learnt it in 2 months
i didn't spend two months just learning one riff -_- i spent two months learning guitar before i attempted the riff
You found this harder than plug in baby? I can play this fairly well in about two weeks. Plug in baby cramps my hands! Ha
I have no idea why it took me so long to realise this is Elison.
masterful performance
haha nice one! I have downloaded this DLC but only been playing about a month - majorly fun though!
the intro riff is so hard .-. cant do it yet :3 gotta practise alternative picking... jesus its so hard :P
***** yeah ive figured that out :3
+FesojNagod Intro Riff doesn't give me nearly as much trouble as the Chords in this one.
Killswitch7900 lol really?
the octaves u mean
maybe if stop using those stupid emoticons you'll mature enough to learn it properly :P :3 ;) fucking pathetic
I dont believe you only played that song thru once... it would take me fuckin week to learn
Heck yes!!!!
this is so fucking cool actually.
brutal man, congratulations
"strumfest 2014" Hahaha
I have a question: Do I have to avoid hitting the third string(D string) in order to play the chord in 1:05?
Thanks.
고병민 It's good practice to avoid hitting any wrong strings, even if the notes don't clash.
