I was having a horrible day today. My emotions were a wreck, but I am so glad I clicked on this video because now I can rest with peace in my heart. Thank you Tony for all that you do and for being you
My panic attacks have come back in full swing this week after almost two years (due to a new job/family stress) so seeing this was such a relief! Thank you Tony, it’s been a tough one x
You made me think... I'm 36, but I can't see myself as an adult because the idea of an adult for me is that you gotta be like.... a martyr basically? But years ago I stopped. Like dude no. I have a daughter, she's disabled. Sure, her therapies are very important. But so am I. If I'm not ok, how am I supposed to take care of her? So I began looking for therapy centers and clinics in places where I can relax, while she's getting therapy too. Like, a little mountain town, where I can take her to therapy 7 hours a day and for the rest of the time + the weekend we can walk around and enjoy the air and sights. Or there's one close to a beach, she gets therapies, and we also go to the beach daily. Damn, you need to find balance. One of the hardest things in adulting is to realize and admit that in order to tend to everyone important in your life (partner, kids, old parents maybe) you HAVE TO PUT YOURSELF FIRST. the more energy and good vibes you have, the more you are able to be a good support or partner to the ones around you. Happy you, happy everyone else.
This video is beautiful, full of wisdom and great advice. I've cried over people I have lost recently, and it hurts that they are gone. Yes, all we have is each other, our connections with one another. So make them good while we have precious time with one another. Also great advice on taking time out for yourself...something I have to think about too. I am a self employed music teacher, and girl, it isn't easy. But it is worth it too. You don't have to apologize for your tears. I too was thrown into the lion's den, having to become an adult very early in life due to family issues. Crying is not a weakness, on the contrary, it is, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful way to let go for the body to get rid of all our negative emotions of the day, or of the month and even of the year. Shedding our tears will allow us to start afresh on new bases, to strengthen ourselves in order to continue our journey of life. Nice to see you again in this new video. @@ASMRer it is cool we use telepathy, teleportation we aren't blind in why we are on Mercury and our population is way less we have no days but only nights we don't eat so vibration is much higher. This planet has very density limiting plus we don't work as you work on this planet. I had many out of body experience where I never want to come back to human body but I have daughter an emotional attachment is very strong but going back home is also strong i can't wait when I leave this body i promise myself never again into this planet. I miss my home my people since i was born i felt this way now finally something evolving here there's access so I was given the way to reconnect with my home again but being here is pain I miss my planet

I think I'm failing at adulting. I still try but, depression has crept up after 3 years of being ok.Thankful I have no kids. Thank you for the advice.
