chapter 8 verse 5 to 10

in these five verses, Lord explained how to focus on the highest goal and achieve it, through meditation and through practice, its a process which makes you achieve your higher self, the problem in worldly activity is it always takes your time away from focusing what's important and mostly the glitter outside world. He says those who focus every day and meditate on himself in every minutest action they will achieve Lord. they will be free from life and death cycle.
