It is lovely artwork, however some of the imagery doesn't match the incarnations that are discussed in the guidebook. For example, one of incarnations is a very young child, the deck depicts as a sexy adult woman. Same with the older crone incarnation, again sexy young woman in the deck. With deeper research, it is clear that the issue is not about personal preference, it's about being blatantly inaccurate for how an entire religion experiences Kali. This isn't helpful to people who actually want to connect with Kali's range of power rather than simply be entertained by the Westernized, commercial version of her. It's ok to be a fan of A. Fairchild and still hold her accountable for blatant whitewashed inaccuracies, both can be true.
I love this deck. Through my yoga studies the Hindu Goddesses have become very important to me, Kali in particular. Kali might be a force to be reckoned with, but everything she does is ultimately for our own good.
My Kali Oracle deck just arrived this morning. My first thought as I was looking through it was that it’s definitely a great way to connect with her, and you would indeed have to take your time with it. You made an incredible review of this deck. Great video!!! It is a glorious deck. Would love to see a video on your views on certain art work in tarot/oracle decks and why it works or not. I get a lot of questions on why I feel so strongly about the art work in some decks as opposed to others and would love to hear your take on it. Again great video and thank you 💕
Oh my Goddess, the cats fighting in the background is hilarious!!!!! I have this deck and is just a beautiful deck, it is a very deep deck and good for no more that 3 cards, anymore, you'll be overwhelmed. I Just LOVE the Matte Finish and makes the art POP!!!!! Apparently, I’m binging on Owlmoon videos tonight. Thank you hun, for making this video. I didn’t even know this deck was out. It is so appealing. Can you tell me please, are the cards matte stock? 🤞🏼they are matte.
I just received Her yesterday and phew! So much energy that my fingers got tingly and my hands went "on", as in Reiki " on". Each and every card touches me and Her various aspects explained make perfect sense with their corresponding cards. I am looking forward to working with her. THANK YOU so much for your reviews and honesty, you have never steered me wrong. I think the Tarot and Oracle community needs something like a shopping channel like QVC or HSN and you need to be the main Hostess. 😉
THE most powerful deck of Alana and as for the Jimmy Manton, - he really was blessed by Kali during his time of work, being a strong devotee of Mata Kali I can't praise it enough and yet would never understand ppl, who would use this deck randomly, without any kind of "initiation" from the Kali Herself, - dangerous game it might turn out to be. And rare deck is so alive and so active.

For me these are like monthly draw cards lol. They are so deep.
Temple Tarot, same with me, a month to two month one card draw, and yes they are soooo deep in meanings!
