Cooper, I bet your parents are so proud of you branching out into your own hay business at your age. Especially since you make use of grasses that might otherwise be mowed & left. My son graduates this year, so it’s probably the mom in me, but think it’s fabulous.
I like how you all can communicate with out actually finishing what your were saying. Love how in sync you are.
who knew bean harvest could be so interesting! Thanks for taking us along!!
So happy harvest is going well this year!!! Stay safe fellas!
I am optimistic about this harvest. Everyone has put in a lot of work, and it shows! I'm rooting for ya!
I haven’t been on here for a while. Watching you guys and the science that you apply with your expertise is amazing. Everyone should watch to appreciate your hard ,intense work! Thanks for what you do!
Very cool, another day down and more beans in the bins.
God Bless our farmers and their families...
The way you say ,Your watching Cole The Cornstar. ,was the reason I started watching your videos and haven't stopped.
Glad to see everything is going smooth for you. Love to the family.
Hi from Australia came for house clean out and stayed who knows why 😂 as I’m no farmer but always interesting nevertheless ❤
Boogity boogity boogity boys........ Your Git-ner-Done !!, Nice teamwork..... Thanks as always for bringing us along on your journeys. See You Tomorrow hopefully
wow, you are moving right along. Love seeing progress! It seems like the machines are working better this year from last year. Let's hope they keep it up through the corn harvest.
This is a family show and that aspect is a big part of the entertainment value. We all like Nave for her sweet disposition and positive attitude. Would love to see her as part of the videos. Don’t judge all of the viewers by one or two rude comments.
You all are excellent ambassadors for farming. Love the harvest time and learning about all that goes into it. thank you for all of your efforts to teach us.
awesome video Cole. Thanks to your Dad And your brother, Cooper for all of y'all hard work
" the neighbours cleaned out their junk-shed "....lol 😂😂😂🤣😁
Good job man. I am glad that all is going well for you this year.
Easy on the green paint. We have to run green ones because there is no red combine dealer anywhere close.
I work for AGI Westfield in Boone! Just heard we are coming to your farm this next week! Cant wait to meet everyone!
Hi cole.. Thank you for the videos you put out. I think it awesome what ur doing and ur way of life.
So not only me, but many friends watched the series “ The Waltons”. Directed by Earl Hanmer. Richard Thomas was John Boy, main character in the Series. You are a true life story, of a family that anyone would dream to be a part of. Love the Cornstar family. Goodnight Cole!
I watch this and the thing that goes through my mind is "I am so glad that I am not a farmer" thank you for what you do.
Thanks!
A big welcome to Owen, I'm sure you will fit in just fine. The cornstar family is easy to get along with. I enjoyed watching the video, big thumbs up crew.
Hogs - the gift that keeps on giving.
makin bakin
I typically put 2 piles in the front and back hopper. On an 1194 grain cart that will typically have the semi weighing in at around 80k on the scale. Granted, you have a bigger cart, I would put 2 bigger piles and 1 smaller pile in each hopper (1 pile per "hoop space".)
that dark heavy black smoke from a fire means its oil based. (wood burns cleaner with lighter smoke and with high moiste white)
i would say there was a something humans build or run on fire. and in harvest season.. well its moste likely a combine.
Great work to get the harvesting done.. having grown up on a farm it is such a thankful time to see a good crop being harvested. Great video. Can’t wait for the next one
Nothing better than gas station warmer food in a tractor - I think the mix of hydraulic fluid and diesel fumes adds to the flavor. Consumed a lot of Casey's pizza and croissant breakfast sandwiches in the cab of a RoGator and TerraGator back 'in the day'...
“Hey look a pheasant” got my first THREE for the year today!
Lookin pretty good there!! Hope the harvest stays up and the problems stay away.
Looks like a good harvest. I was just thinking how much I miss Nave, Mama Corn Star, and your sister. What are they up too! Take care and God bless you and your family. ❤
Fast and steady wins the race.
So glad your getting great weather, another great video 😊
Your philosophy of slow and easy at first will save you time in the long run with less breakdowns, equipment damage and accidents. SMART farming for sure.
World's tallest mailbox 😂. I hate moving this 45' head down the road.....on our last field of soys here in ND
....then another month of corn. Keep the hammer down Cornstar family!
Y’all (particularly cooper) should talk to Scott Welker, they use a drive over conveyor too and he figured out a system of light to use on the conveyer that help the driver know when to stop the truck so the gate is always right over the conveyer, makes it a whole lot easier on a driver when it’s just then trying to unload the truck
Thanks for the afternoon entertainment !
Love the show, 80 year old farm girl from Iowa
way to go momma!!
That conveyor belt might make for an interesting treadmill. They should have a camera facing off the back of the combine so you can see strips like that without having to turn around before you see it. That way you can fix any problems sooner and not lose as much yield because of it not getting cut. I see cooper is getting good with the snap thing.
Love harvest time....
Good looking co pilot over your right shoulder in the combine :)
Cole n Kinfolk I love the excitement of the harvest season.🙂
hey cole been watching for a long time
Soy beans for soy milk and Tofu! Delicious! I like to make Tofu as scramble eggs. Adding garlic salt and turmeric.
Soylent Green
Hi, glad to see your combine working better this time round.
I find myself saying stuff like Cole got 76 out of his soybeans and how to count the row of corn on cob . It’s like I know u all . I do live in southeast mo which is soybeans and corn we also grow cotton .
Nothing better than watching harvest videos. My like 👍 is in. Happy subscriber 😊!
Excellently shot, fascinating content. Love to the whole family. Thank You!!!!
Thanks again for all your hard work that your family does and I really enjoy your harvesting videos.
Harvest season is THE BEST.
Rocks I can understand, but how do you find a crowbar in the grass???
Maybe someone used the crowbar when fixing a fence and absent mindedly left it in the field. Or, it could've been on a tractor and fell off unnoticed.
Eastbound and down, good buddy. Those rocks? Those fences? You gotta dodge'em. You gotta duck'em. You gotta keep them diesels trucking. Combine beans no matter what it takes . . . 🎶
A big hello from Ireland
You boys are doing a great job
Those new machines sure make it easy to change settings as conditions change in the fields. Harvest is quicker when you can change while running. 😎
Great day. Good job guys!
Always be safe first!!
All your knowledge astounds me!!!
I know you guys realize how really blessed you are. It always brings back sooooo many memories of growing up on the farm. Never take your family or your land for granted. God Bless you.
Cole, you mention the different farms that you work. How much (percentage) of your farming is on family owned land and how much is on rented/leased land?
You done a great job on the video and the farming is good work .
Thanks for taking us along.
Amazing technology! Our Ohio crop fields look like hobby farms compared to Iowa😂
Be safe. Have an enjoyable harvest 😊
Blessed with great weather
I love Cole’s channel i love how they have different povs throughout the day w hi and daddy cornstar
yeah, I really like the way the edit.
It always amazes me how much waste there is from the combining, loading, unloading etc. As they say, as long as there are plenty of acorns laying on the ground the deer never bothers to look up and see where they are coming from.
The harvest seems to be humming right along, I hope your yeilds stay high, and your equipment keeps working.
Have you seen the Spider hitch? You are able to pull the header trailer behind the combine
Congratulations on the engagement 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Do you guys see an improvement in acres cut per day compared to the old combine?
Im in shock!! You left a mess where DC use to dump hog pooh!!
Thanks for deciding to start making consistent videos and providing entertainment.
If Cooper was mowing with the JD6155, then what was running the grain auger?
Is the MF 2745 still MIA? It used to run your augers. Not enough SCVs?
I'd think about getting small battery powered leaf blower to clean off bean head lol.
Interesting Soy star, liking that harvest is going pretty good
🇺🇸 Happy Harvest, 🚜🚜🚜 "cleaning the junk out of their shed"!!!, I mean really 🤣. Hope and pray 🙏 for a bountiful, safe and blessed 🙏 harvest. 👍🦌🚜🦌😁🌽🙏
God bless your family!
good call Cooper😂. I'm pretty local and it peeked my interest😂
Do you think it's the product or the addition of the bins that is helping your time so far this harvest? Combination of both?
So happy to here harvest is going good for you guys. Info just out on us which we were expecting due to drought……..75% down on cotton harvest. That’s even on irrigated fields. Sooo… the area that produces the largest amount of cotton in the world per area size is a bust. Insurance should cover and keep farmers going but they said because a dry summer means dry winter so fields are not in any better shape in spring is bad. Gins and coops in sad shape. Expect cotton product prices to soar. Haven’t even had any allergies due to ginning, haven’t crossed a hwy covered in gin dust. Fields just walked away from. We depend on the Oglala Aquipher for our city water. Either water the fields or the people. Heartbreaking. 2011 wasn’t this bad and it was the worst in our areas history till now.
I wonder at amount of DEF machines use. I believe I am near 5 gallons for disking 80 acres. (As using gauges the actual amount will be more accurate as I do another hundred acres) 2.5 gallon jugs.
My favorite time of year! Harvest
So...you seem to have given up sleeping. Either that or you have borrowed the shoemaker's elves to help with editing. We are all happy to see you so often!
Coop...was that the hole that snagged the Massey?
Ahwell cordless blower would blow the residue of and where's ya fire tender. That smoke looked like a machinery 🔥 fire
Where's Nave? We miss her!
Awesome Video and Much Love as Always 🌽 🌟
Aww man! I been waiting for “colllllle the corn star” but you got choked up. Maybe next time😂
Awesome footage 😉👍🙏💕
missing Neva driving the wagon
Be careful with the spillage boys 😳🤣$$$$. Thanks men!
wow the transmission on that magnum looks suspiciously like my IH 5088 😁
What no Nava this year.
hello from New Zealand!
Good start to your harvest so far👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Darn farmers think they own the road with those combines and headers. Some drive 30 miles from field to field. OK with me though cause eating for me is a joy.
Hey DC, 3 points of contact on the ladder on top of the bin please.
It might just be me but I feel like this year for you is going better than the last few years
beautiful country! ❤👍🏼👍🏼
Lol
Cole: blah blah blah..... Hey look squirrel... Blah blah blah
I was just not expecting that... However, how you got back to what you were saying, was absolutely awesome. If I was in your position, I just don't think I would have been able to do it as seemlessly as you did.. I would have been stumbling to get back to it. Absolutely awesome job...
