I would love to play with someone on a train....especially the Shinkansen N700 Series bullet in Japan!!

Send them pictures of the damaged piece, explain what happened and provide your order number. If you replace the felt bottoms with silicone or rubber, I imagine they'll stay in place on the board better without scratching it. You just can't slide them over the board like with felt.

Just received mine. There is a cracked Rook in my set, but WCC would not replace it!

Are the board's side margins also magnetic to keep the extra queens?
Only the border of the chess set right in front of the players is magnetic. The sides of the chess set are not magnetic for some reason
