Thank you for your reaction. A little context 😊 This performance meant so much to us Māori, so much. The white people in our politics are trying to take our language away from us, like literally. They have a bill of Māori aren't aloud to speak our language, trying to wipe our culture out. TV, music, speeches, teaching in schools, speaking it in general, food, you name it. This performance was so powerful this was Six60s reaction to it, that's why they did the haka. This honestly makes me cry, like what's going to happen next.? Are our Marae (meeting place, home) going to be demolished.? It's a place where our ancestors rest where we say goodbye to our loved ones..

Thank you for commenting 😌 and wow 😲 I didn't know that they have a bill to take away something that beautiful! Like your language and your culture that should be left alone and praise by them for having someone unique and beautiful. I'm so sorry that they are trying to white wash your language and culture, but keep on fighting for it and never let it die that's how us Caribbean and black Americans fight for the culture and language to stay alive. But don't give up and don't give in , because the Māori culture needs to survive and flourish for future generations to come. May your ancestors bless you and your family and everyone that shows no evil over there. Bless and love ! Peace may be with you and guidance. 🙏🏽

This concert was held on 22 Feb before NZ went into lockdown.
On the 24 April 2021 while the rest of the world were in lockdown, Six60 held the largest concert in the world since the pandemic began in a Covid free NZ with an attendance of 50,000 at our National Rugby Stadium in Mt Eden, Auckland.
    Six60 have quite a few bangers -
    Don't Give It Up
    Only to Be
    Rivers
    Bitter End
    etc

😂 your reaction to the crowd😅 yeh bro this was during the whole COVID saga, but because New Zealand was one of the few countries to lock down early we managed to beat it & therefore six60 put on a massive show not long after we opened back up! 🙌🇳🇿💜
