One suggestion: Just a little narration would help -- a pause at a market or property with a comment. Do you have any videos from 2005? If so, I'd really love to see them. That is when we came to Coco the first time! It is definitely different from then! Even this video is different from what it is like now.
Hi Sylvia, we don't. I think the park/boardwalk wasn't built back then, I'll have to ask Yeison's brother to be sure, he moved there a long time ago and I was there in 2010 so not sure about 2005.
We are interested in a condo to rent at Cocomarindo Playa del Coco thru Sunset Properties...Can you offer any advice of this area and this real estate/property management company. Thank you

LOL the funny part is their roads are 100 times better than the ones in my town! Mine are full of potholes no matter where you drive!
They were not good roads in 2010 but that was fine with me. I wonder if Christina still hangs out at the Banana Bar. She was fond of bananas.
