LITERALLY the toughest schedule of this CFP! The buckeyes overcame adversity losing to a duck, then losing to them up north🙄. Beat down Tennessee, WHOOPED on a duck yet again😂, then ate up some beef at the cotton bowl, then outlucked an Irish team, again just an outstanding season for my buckeyes!!
I have been an Ohio State fan all my life. 40+ years. This is without a doubt The best run and one of the best teams I've seen.
Nothing will top 2002.

The best postseason run of the Buckeyes I ever watched because of the extension of the CFP to beat four teams that were at least ranked in the top ten in Tennessee, Oregon, Texas, and Notre Dame and certainly as & more impressive as other Buckeyes national championship runs in 2002-03, 2014-15. In 2002-03 they beat the vaunted Miami, FL team in two overtimes, then in 2014-15 they demolished Wisconsin in the BIG Ten championship game, beat Alabama is a double digit underdog, and capped things beating Oregon in the national championship game were great memories in my life as a Buckeyes fan of now 49 years, but I enjoyed this current run of recent history to where they had a tougher path to a championship. thanks Buckeyes awesome run indeed!

Just an awesome, well thought out, laid out and loving video, by a fellow member of those who will always believe in Ohio State. I was born at University Hospital on campus, moved away at 3YO, but my family were always Buckeyes fans and over the years got the see home games. I chose OSU for college and loved every day, and am a proud alumni supporting OSU to this day. Thank you for making this video Sir, I will be hearing it.

*tOSU recent Natty teams do have a flare for the dramatic.*
*2024-25:* From the lowest of lows, they defeated teams ranked at the end of the season (not where they happened to be when they played) #1, #3, #4, #5, (tOSU was #6), #7, #8 (almost all of the top 8)
*2014-15:* Eventually reduced to their 3rd string QB at the end of the season, written off as Natty contenders after an ugly early season OOC loss, moved up into the CFP top 4 the last poll of the season, surprise win over Bama sealed by Zeke's 85 yard TD run with 4 mins remaining was the highlight of the season.
*2002-03:* undefeated but: last undefeated P5 moved up to top 2, 7 games by 7 points or less, Gamble moved to CB in game to slow Cinci's hot QB (Wiki is wrong, never practiced at CB, knew no D plays, could only cover man to man) as they scored winning TD with 4 min remaining and end zone INT with 32 seconds remaining, Holy Buckeye comeback against Purdue, OT against Illini, 4th quarter comeback against tTUN, extremely hard played OT game against Miami as 11.5 point underdog.
Side note: Entering 2002, tOSU had spent the most time ranked in the top 2 of any team (I forget the timeframe), but kept just missing the Natty.
Thing is, every year now somebody's team will have a 4 game run. But will it be this dominant?
4 players over 1000 yrds 6 top 10 wins 5 being top 5 wins. Its 1 thing to face 5 top 5 teams teams its another to beat the crap out them!

The "best run in college football history", ONLY because NO other team in college football history has had the OPPORTUNITY to play, much less beat, FOUR Top 10 teams in a row.
They beat 6 top 10 teams 5 of them top 5 teams. No team has beat more top 5 teams in a season. Stop hating goofy. Few teams in history could of done what they did.
But they still did it, with no doubt. Stop being a clown.
@ Name ONE team in the history of college football, besides Ohio State this season, who has even PLAYED 5 Top 5 teams in one season, or played 6 Top 10 teams in a season. I'll wait. Calling YOU "goofy" would be a compliment.
