I grew up watching Friends a lot, especially when i was going through periods of depression and heartache and Chandler was always my favorite character in the show. Matthew Perry had brilliant comedic timing and was so talented. I miss him and i hope he knew just how much of an impact he had on so many people with his work. RIP.
He didn't just make lots of us laugh in Friends but also when he was out of character. I watch his interviews and stuff because he always make others laugh. ❤

Usually I don’t get upset over people I don’t know, but he was very different. He felt like he was my friend. And I’m sure a lot of people feel the same. 💔😢
If Matthew only knew how many of us loved him dearly. Well he does now, but it would have been amazing for him while he was still with us. I bought the entire Friends library of seasons to watch over and over with my two children. I also loved his comedic timing in the movie, “Fools Rush In”. Another fav to binge watch. The vestibule episode of friends with chandler using the word perfection. I’ve used it ever since.

And I watch it everyday for hours. And I've never had the reaction I had when I saw the news of his passing. Not even my favorite stars who have passed... I basically screamed "WTF!!!" Over and over again then threw my phone. Absolutely heartbroken. I will always be. I can watch Friends and laugh just like I always did. But clips of MATHEW completely cut through my heart. Rest in complete peace. 💜
I saw this clip a little while ago and not being familiar with Matthew Perry and making the connection later I was really shocked by his sudden death. What a terrible thing to happen. From this and reading about his co-stars and friends, he seemed a really pleasant and friendly guy. I'm so sorry.
I saw that play in London in 2003. He was performing with Hank Azairia and Mini Driver. It was a stage version of "About Last Night". I never saw Matthew's play though.

A terrible irony that with all he had, with the opportunities afforded to him & his big claim to fame being a show called, "Friends" he had nowhere to turn to that would be able to help him with his demons.
