We didn't have many records or casettes coming out from Mohiner.. but whatever came out were nothing short of treasure. Commercial success eluded Goutam C but he will live in our heart for eons..thanks a lot for sharing this

You are right. These were digitised as mp3 from original LP. This was late 90's and the methods were very crude at that time. Speed is a bit messed up, as well as you can hear hiss, noise and skips.
Sandeep Biswas Pops, crackles and hiss are ok.. they will indicate the age from which these songs come. Is is the sampling rate / speed which is disturbing. The uploader should re-digitize and re-upload.
Can someone please explain me the background story of this song "Runway jure pore ache Shunnota" As I know Mohiner Ghoraguli songs are not as straight as they seems to be. They always have a different meaning.
I think runway is like heart! Where plane lands and take off daily..here plane is like love. there is no love..so..runway is compared like empty heart ..there may be other Interpretations! :)
