But the show ran with it, and to me, the actual lore and canon of the Transformers characters resides within the show above all else. I can respect the error and the mixup, and I respect RIRFIB people, but I'm a RIBFIR for life.
It's not necessarily CORRECT, but like I said, to me, the show is what I ultimately have the fictional connection to. Toy-wise I always refer to the vintage toys as RIRFIB because that's what they were. But when it comes to the characters in general, RIBFIR is how I'll always see it regardless.
Rum-BLUE F-RED-zy is how I see it.

Frenzy is red because Frenzy is related to anger which anger’s signature color is red, therefore Frenzy is red, Rumble is blue.
In my house we will not call the blue one, Frenzy!

I like to interchange them so I can have a red frenzy and a blue frenzy and red rumble and a blue rumble

The TR ones are nice, but that United mold that got cancelled in the U.S is still my favorite for Rumble and Frenzy
