Unlimited imprisonment can be broken by ultimate skills, that is why when rimiru got his ultimate skills he immediately freed veldora. Veldora pre demon lord rimiru don't have an ultimate skill, that is why he can't break free, but after rimiru evolution Veldora also got the gift and got the ultimate skill investigation Faust(I don't remember the name but it's something along this line).

To answer your question about if unlimited imprisonment can work on someone like Guy Crimson, it can't since Guy has an ultimate skill while unlimited imprisonment is only a unique skill. Remeber the law that was mentioned at the start of the video. Only ultimate skills can counter other ultimate skills. Unlimited imprisonment worked on Veldora simply because he didn't have an ultimate skill when he was sealed. He only acquired his 1st ultimate skill after Rimuru evolved into a demon lord and the reason he acquired one was because Raphael threatened him and basically forced him to get one. Fun fact, Guy Crimson's ultimate skill is called Prideful King Lucifer and Milim Nava's ultimate skill is called Wrathfull King Satan. The reason these ultimate skills have king in their name while Rimuru's ones only have lord in them, is because ultimate skills themselves have levels to them. That is why Rimuru is still alot weaker than Guy and Milim even though he technically has more ultimate skills than they do. Rimuru's ultimate skills are all a lower level than Guy and Milim's (except for Uriel but neiter Rimuru or Raphael is using the skill correctly at the moment, meaning that it is ALOT weaker than it should be. The person that had the skill before Rimuru and Raphael knew how to use it to its fullest potential but now I'm getting into spoiler territory so I'll stop there).

Caw as for your question if Veldora is nerf or not, then the answer to that, is Veldora isn't nerf, Veldora is at his Full Power even when his using a Vessel
As for Uriel, it does have a limit though, and that limit is how good Rimuru is on using said Ultimate Skill, it's why he doesn't really used it much in this part of the story, since he doesn't/isn't familiar in using it as of yet, but he does used it in the future though
As for your question if Rimuru can just used it against Guy Crimson, then the answer to that is no, Guy is one of the few beings that can easily say he has fought every big names in the World(the guy even fought the Creator of his own Verse for crying out loud), it's why everyone considers him as the Strongest Being in the World, if using Unlimited Imprisonment is the thing that was needed to used to beat him, then he would have been beaten ages ago, especially since there was someone thousands of years ago that has Uriel and was equal to Guy but couldn't beat the Demon

If only Rimuru explored Law Manipulation more, Hinata would've been less of a problem. Also, Prediction power thingy was learned, not acquired. I've said it before, while the nature predicting or making assumptions with high probability is already there, Future attack prediction is a skill learnt specifically for battle.
