I'm late to the party but thanks for this!

    Bonjour Julien,
I'm surprised by how much you attenuate the Ha signal in the green channel (4:16). Is it 0.2*Ha/0.2*Sii/0.6*Oiii or rather 0.6*Ha/0.2*Sii/0.2*Oiii?
We're losing a lot of the beautiful Ha signal with this formula, aren't we?
Great mini series! Thank you! ;)

In the end, it won’t matter that much, especially after all the post-stretch adjustments. A better way of doing this is to stretch each channel independently *first*, and then blend them to taste and proceed with adjustments (saturation, curves, etc.) CS!

Great video, thank you very much! I think the video is very clearly laid out and the individual processing steps are explained very well. I like the way you present it.

Do you use Blur and Noise XT now?

Now I do. But I did not use these tools on that project. I don’t think that BlurX and NoiseX are mandatory.

@@darkskygeek Yes, they are not mandatory, but make life easier. It is very important for me, because I don’t like long imaging and long processing. More and more targets. Smaller and smaller targets. This is a way I like.
