Mama you are right about meditation, it has been a long time since i could remember any dream i had. after heeding your advice and meditating for one week straight at every dawn i was able to have a connected dream recently. But there is something else, i also had to fast for sometime by taking only fruits the whole day. And also guys(men) you need to control your sexual desires to attain your higher self through meditation. Your semen is a key to your pineal gland activation and please try to meditate immediately you wake up at dawn or in the morning. its very effective at that time.
