I didn’t know that xcel is for Canada too? I thought it was a USAG thing, great routines btw

Thanks!! It's still pretty new here! At least in my province it is. I'm so glad we have the option for Xcel because I couldn't go up to 20 hours and still do my other activities in the CCP program. But now I can do Xcel and only do 9 hours a week.
