We all know Cannon Hinata is an academic dumbass, but Cannon Hinata is also incredibly emotionally perceptive. But he just has this ability to make everyone around him feel so safe and welcomed. Like let’s take kenma and him for example. Kenma has social anxiety so he not really comfortable talking to new people so he kinda just hangs around the people that he knows. But Hinata comes around and starts a conversation with him and he’s obviously visibly uncomfortable, but hinata makes him feel safe enough to engage in conversation and doesn’t feel judged for his lack of personality (not that Kenma doesn’t have personality, but he is not a personable person if that makes sense). Hinata is a safe place for kenma. And then in season two when Tsukishima has yet to have the moment where he falls in love with volleyball, Yamaguchi asked hinata what he would say to tsukki and he said nothing because he knew that he couldn’t say anything that would change how tsukki was feeling. And he knew that Yamaguchi was the only one who could actually talk to him. Don’t even get me started on Kageyama.
@@nitak8309 absolutely! Where do you wanna start? Personally, Kitagawa Daiichi rubbed me so wrong that I’m in the process of writing a fanfic about how the coach during middle school messed up so bad that every single person on the volleyball team now has some type of issues stemming from that time. And only do they find out what really happened when Karasuno and other teams start questioning kageyamas character traits and how he went from the bright eyed middle schooler to his uncomfortable and arguably traumatized self during high school
@@RoseSembler omg yes. everyone says it was just Oikawa and the fight he had with Kageyama but honestly the manga pointed out that he lost his grandfather FAMILY and he was dealing with grief. If you ask me he was honestly more surprised at what happened with Oikawa. I also believe the coaches saw his talent and cultivated it but ultimately they were focused on winning and they didn't care much for the actual team. Cause kindaichi and kunimi were not that great and Oikawa helped them out in a way he couldn't with Kags because he felt inferior. (Tho Oikawa and Kags would probably be one of the greatest friendships ever). That's just the current 1st years too. Y'all I could write an essay on Oikawa and the mental help he needs because of Kitagawa 1st Send me the fanfic when you finish!
@@nitak8309 im an oikawa kinnie and your analysis is *chefs kiss* I wanna point out that Kitagawa Daiichi was a private and an established powerhouse school, so the coach’s are really only there to make sure your a good player, not a good teammate. So I think they ignored the fact that Oikawas childish dislike of Kageyama. Assuming Kageyama was the only other setter on the team besides Oikawa, you’d imagine the coaches would make them practice together and work together, so why would they let Oikawa continuously ignore Kageyama? And truly, there first year wasn’t that bad, but the third year....ooof. Kageyama didn’t have a good experience with Oikawa (who really didn’t mean to try to hit him, it’s obvious he regrets it and was have a sort of panic attack and wasn’t in the right mindset at the time), but it’s also pointed out that Miwa was already out of the house/overseas(I think?), and then his grandfather dies. He was completely grieving and he had NO ONE. Poor child was going through it and had no support system. So he put his everything into the last thing he had, volleyball. As we all know, Kageyama has a horrible way with words and in the process of trying to get Kunimi and Kindaichi to work harder and really try in volleyball, his words were mean and not very teammate-y. So the tension and hatred they feel towards Kags festers till they pulled that “king of the court” overthrow move. So the obvious question is, where are the coaches? Are they not seeing this? Why didn’t they help Kageyama communicate better, or stop the other players little rebellion? Why did they let it get to that point? Why didn’t they do anything after that point?
So that Oikawa, Kageyama, Kindaichi, and Kunimi who all have some sort of trauma from that team which is worrisome cause that makes the rest of the team incredibly unstable. That and the lack of coaches help in this makes me believe they really just didn’t care for the kids, so diverging off of that idea, I feel like writing the coaches as a bit too harsh in training, too harsh in words, harsh in expectations, and so forth. Punishment drills, tension, backhanded compliments, and letting the negativity fester...horrible environment for children. And that has lasting effects on a person, so I think during the training camp with Fukurodani, Nekoma, and Karasuno people start questioning kageyamas actions, which I’ll have hinata step in and say something about how it relates back to Kitagawa Daiichi, inwhich someone will ask “where were the coaches during this?” Leading us to the question (and title of the book) “What happened at Kitawara Daiichi?”
this is irrelevant but toy story 3 is the only movie that i have ever actually started crying over. i was balling. it felt like my childhood was ending. i- i cries so much
