Both are equally beautiful. I was expecting the onyx house to be darker, more black and charcoal here and there, but it was also light and airy. If I could only choose one, I’d take the lighter one. But there were some design features in the darker house that I would add to the lighter one, best of both.

It’s impressive how the use of muted tones is never boring in this home. Lots of beige, white, and earthy tones - yet it all feels exciting and vibrant. The bronze is great too!

I always like lighter, but I was surprised that I liked the darker, but not that dark, one too. Very hard to choose. The reeded wall in the second one is spectacular. I also liked the kitchen layout in the second one best.

The Onyx interior would be great for your primary home while the Whyte interior would best fit a vacation home. Both are designed beautifully.

This is by far one of the most gorgeous house design I’ve ever seen. Love the light one. That house facade just a chef kiss for my introverted soul and the inside just screaming zen and class. Very elegant ❤ what a dream house

I love onyx. I prefer a masculine look always. Both beautifuly designed.

I've always had confusion to choose between Grey and Beige interiors; now it is clear I love the grey tones more and with kids its more practical as well I guess.

Woah, loving the clear use of the vertical lines that really elevate the two buildings, it's a really clear theme through out and gives a much more spacious atmospher

I love the size of the ensuites, I think an ensuite should be bigger than the family bath because there are often 2 people using it at once

I’ve grown to really love this channel. A lot of the houses match my style it is simple yet cute and it feels like you have a lot of room but I know a lot of people of these days have houses that are full of all of these designs that don’t make it very simple it can make it look very tacky and I feel like this channel really does represent the type of house I want to have and I’m very happy that I was able to find a channel that can give me more ideas for a house and for decorating thank you so much for this channel I simply can’t wait to watch more of your videos BTW I’m your new subscriber.

I prefer the dark one since it hs more contrasts compared to the white one.
A bit of both can still be mixed to create the mood best suited for each one of us....some stunning features are in both of them....if I had to choose I would choose the lighter one with some features from the darker one......bravi 👏

Both are minimalist and gorgeous, beautiful colour tones, the primary bedroom wood facade (on the darkside) is outrageously beautiful, the stone wall facade riding all along the stairwell is delightful. Two stunning properties, I would have both

Both are stunning, but seeing Onyx was so inspirational. I'm coming off of the white end of neutrals and need to add some contrast... I'm loving the mood that the black brings in. My only critique? The red accent chair in White's living room... would have done something softer.

I feel so inspired by the white house.. that's how I'd want my space to look like. I would not have the accent chair though as it kind of interrupts the whole zen vibes, but that's just me. Thank you for this video! :)

Love that it’s modern but sorta has a retro feel. Grew up in Brazil in the late 80/90s and a lot of the finishings remind me of that era there (rich people fyi lol)
