If you've been to Ganapatipule maybe for a puja or marriages then this story describes the first time Sri Mataji visited the area and then selected a site in Ganapatipule for marriages. Two yogis accompanied her; Gregoire deKalbermatten and Paul Wynter. This is Part 1 of a two-part story. I had hired a car and driver to get away from travelling on dusty, crowded, noisy buses (sorry dear yogis :-) and I went in my hired car. It all worked out really well and so I am able to relate this little story of going to Ganapatipule for the first time with Mother. She had decided to adopt the area as the site for the weddings. She wanted to visit it for the first time and check it all out. Gregoire was with Mother too. Jai Sri Mataji Jai

As a new yogi in the first years, 1980 -1990 Mother gave realisation “en-masse” all over the world. I understood that it was vital to document everything She did, as best as possible. This was the time when everything around her feet had many hidden meanings, many tests, with Mother showing us lessons about ourselves, in “dramas” and “happenings”. She gave me many business boons which helped me cover the costs of early videos. When I first met Mother she gave me a lift in her car and told me I was working for Her. I tried my best. I’ll do a podcast soon about my first meeting. Now we do not have Mother “here”, the Power and Love is with us. I hope as many old yogis as possible do to “talking” or “written” histories of Mother’s visit here, we were there and we saw it happen and we were deeply part of it. To a greater or lesser extent, very few of us really understood what was being given to humanity. Now as the world heads for turmoil, wars, climate, famine, we know why She was here, here to save us from our own stupidity. Paul Wynter July 2024
