Starring Talya Çelebi and Cenay Türksever, "Gelin" is the life story of two people from entirely different worlds: Hançer, who gives up her dreams for her loved ones on the one hand, and Cihan, who has fire in his eyes on the other.
Hançer, who gets her name from her sharp gaze, faces an offer that will turn her life upside down. Taking advantage of the fact that Hançer is poor and has a family that will not cause trouble, Mukadder offers her to marry her son and give birth to a son. Hançer, who dreams of finding the love of her life and having a happy marriage, first rejects this offer, but when she learns that her brother has a fatal illness, she is forced to accept the offer.

Cihan has so much to do in order to compensate for his ridiculous, cruel behaviour towards Hancer so far: I really don't understand him. Considering he doesn't know about his mom's plans to take the baby from Hancer, how would he have created any kind of relationship with his future son if he despises Hancer to the point of completely ignoring her and leaving her all alone all the time?

She was thrown into an abusive environment where she was manipulated to accept everything without objection. I kept thinking of the Handmaid's tale, where women were treated similarly - as wombs for generating babies, which were taken from them. Again, the most surprising character here is Cihan: supposedly he isn't a bad person, but even if what he thinks about Hancer is true - that she is doing everything for money, it does not excuse his atrocious behavior towards her.

Si yo fuera la escritora de esta novela ahí va mi linea argumental...
Cuando la mamá ogro le pida explicaciones al hijo de por qué no dejó que la doctora del mal la embarazara in vitro y la sacó del hospital, Cihan le dirá que porque piensan embarazarse por medios naturales. Entonces le dice a Hancer que deben simular ser una pareja normal para que la mamá se crea el cuento y poder así ganar tiempo...Pasado un año dirán que el embarazo no se pudo y cada uno por su lado....Él se muda a la casita pequeña con ella y ahí del roce, surge el amor poco a poco...Para evitar que la mamá la maltrate, él se la lleva a la oficina y le da un trabajo, que sirve para que se fije aún más en ella porque resulta ser lista y emprendedora ( ya está bien de heroinas turcas que solo lloran y cocinan). Él la lleva a eventos, y reuniones de empresa, bien vestida y señora...Ella le hace la vida agradable, le calma los enojos y lo hace feliz como nunca lo fue en la casa grande...Entonces, deciden amarse y tener intimidad de esposos... Y cuando elle se da cuenta de que está embarazada...FIN DE TEMPORADA. No creen que sería más lógico que el bodrio de argumento que nos dan???'

This series has me frustrated, there is no romance because the protagonists practically do not speak to each other, it has almost been 20 episodes that we are watching here? Cihan ignores her, isolates her, intimidates her and puts pressure on her in a disgusting way. Hancer is alone, her brother lives as if in a fantasy world that does not realize anything, the only thing her sister-in-law does is harm her by spending excessively and Cihan's brother's widow barely has any influence on Cihan and the manson. The prominence of Cihan's ex-wife makes the series become a story of hate instance of love. I was already about to abandon this series until I saw this trailer, I hope it improves.

well this time i didnt saw the episode because i really give it up on the serie. But when i saw the fragmani 19 and i saw Cihan in action to save Hancer. I was relieved. Bravo cihan this time you acting with youre feelings( heart). even if you have feelings for her. i didnt saw the episode but i think he did some research of the doctor or he heard something that the doctor has her criminal skill. I dont know why his mother get so angry on that witch Beyza. Did she know something, that she was the one who knows the doctor well. i decided to give it another chance to watch it. i hope i will see cihan improvement to see that he really cares about his wife. not the love side but atleast more careing and treating well, they have to talk more to each other to spend more time to eacher. treat her like a friend at first than as a partner en than as youre lover step by step. thats what i mean. if you giving her careings to her she would defenitly give it back and more . i hope it will going to the better side. the story is great but dont ruined it pleaaase.
