- The Accra Sport Stadium disaster occurred at the Ohene Djan Stadium in Accra, Ghana, on 9 May 2001. It killed 126 people, making it the worst stadium disaster to have ever taken place in Africa. It is also the third-deadliest disaster in the history of association football behind the Estadio Nacional and Kanjuruhan Stadium disasters.

So we could play like this
My was there and he was like eiii how can we breath because of the teargas from the police
2003 or 2001
how can u compere this foolish game to 2008,9 game . when Kotoko played hearts in Kumasi 3:3
They are egocentric that's why
I was at the stadium. It was rather hearts fans from nima bcos they blocked all the outlet gates and punching every one wearing red jersey so the other supporters rushing to go out had to push those blocking the outlets who were mostly hearts fans from nima and this is why most of the fans who died were hearts supporters from nima so stop blaming kotoko fans
Kotoko fans started vandalising the stadium so what are you talking about....smh
How did blocking the gates cause Kotoko fans from destroying the seats and throwing into the pitch? How did that also make the police fire tear gas into the crowd?? You are just being biased towards the fans of your club.
The kotoko fans started vandalising the seats, and instead of the police to calm them down, they rather worsened the situation by firing teargas and in rush for people to save their lives the gates were already locked and that caused the problem.
Massa, take your bias somewhere else. It is shown on camera that the Kotoko supporters, which you are part of, started destroying stadium property and throwing objects onto the pitch. This was the cause. If you have nothing to say, keep quiet.
Kotoko fans caused everything
they are very foolish
