Living in India, only the big cities have these facilities. So for professionals, the diet and Gym exercises is not enough for fitness Fitness training in the GYM first requires flexibility in your body. So hot yoga warms you up before you do your routine on floor and standing exercises. Bikram Yoga in Hyderabad is available. It also prevents surgeries and good for mental and pyschological work and for the lungs and better breathing After the Paris games here is what I recommend to all professionals 1. Hot yoga at 32 deg C at Bikram Yoga available in big cities 2. Deep under water running without touching your feet in a swimming pool 3. Under water training on Treadmills if available 4. Now you do the Regular Gym exercises including weights, and dumb bells.. 5. Ice training by sitting on large bucket after training at 5 deg C for professionals only
