The easiest way is to just buy them. They are very difficult to find in circulation, if you do, the condition can be poor. But I wish you much success :)

This is a collection of UNC coins. In rolls, however, I am looking for commemorative coins, wanting to see if I can create a second collection

Coin prices change practically every day. The cheapest coins are 2-3 euros each and the most expensive ones are even 2.000€

No, all of them are UNC. I keep all commemorative coins from bank rolls in another album. I try to create a second collection from coin rolls
