I did this video by taking the project file of one my previous "All Windows Startup and Shutdown Sounds" videos, highlighted all of the sound tracks and reversed them, so it is not a mistake on my part.

@@Sonicrush007 you can find the Windows 7 shutdown sound on the sounds settings. Just right click on the volume button and select sounds and looks for shutdown. I found it on Windows 8.1.

The regular video took a ton of time because I had to install many builds on virtual machines. Some I were not able to install and I had to use accurate sources.

@@Sonicrush007 I'm saying this because I downloaded a soundpack with all the Windows sounds, and in the Windows XP folder there's a folder called "Build 2481" that has the XP sounds we all know (and the start button sound) but all in stereo instead of only Startup, Shutdown, Logon and Logoff sounds in stereo.

Microsoft didn't take away the option to change the sounds to whatever you want so it really doesn't matter. If you wanted to put XP sounds in Vista, you were free to without much difficulty at all.

No. I was going to be real, but it was cancelled. Only one build ever got leaked and I tested it out and uploaded a video of it. There's another build that exists but never leaked. Nashville was going to be Windows 96, but Microsoft cancelled it and decided that they should make Windows 95 OSR2 instead, which I believe is just Windows 95 with Internet Explorer included.

I never heard that before. All I know about 2481 is that they included Windows XP sounds but kept Windows 2000 sounds as default.
