Maybe it's just me, but I hear a sample that probably belongs to Open Wheel (and probably a Time Trial sample in Open Wheel). An accidental mixup, perhaps? Can't deny though that Grid Legends soundtrack is great, takes me back to the days of Grid 1 and 2!
I was gonna comment that, that is _definitely_ Open Wheel's Synth, I heard a version of it from the user "Uno" who does "Mixed" soundtracks, and he did Open Wheel. There's a bit in there where it's just the drums and Synth, and this sounds just like it.
