Cost depends on scrounging ability. On one end i know somw who will be flying for less than 3000. If you buy everything new. All parts and pieces a little over $10,000
It is an irrigation canal that slopes down hill from origin and they routed it thru thru the hill in place of around the hill.

Aircraft Spruce or Wicks. they can roll up a 50x50 sheet in put it in a nice box for shipping
