    Your a very brave young lady talking about that, I'm vegan because of struggles over the years with bloating etc, don't compare yourself to anyone your fab the way you are ❤️

    I’m so glad you’ve spoke about body positivity in all sizes and explained your lifestyle and eating choices as the last video when you spoke about honey been ‘naughty’ I thought that may have been a trigger for people who suffer with eating disorders ext. Thank you ❤️

      Ahh yes I would never want people to see something so light hearted that I say to be a trigger so hope this video helped as i honestly eat all the snacks in the world and having pizza tonight 🍕 😋 glad you liked the video x

      Ahh yes I find the FODMAP can take so long to find out though so I’m hoping I can get some tests done ✌🏻✌🏻

    Thanks for the video 🧡 if you like the dalgona coffee...have you tried the banana one? Exactly the same but add frozen banana in a blender (or whisk) with the coffee and then add that mixture on top of iced oat milk soooo good! xx

      I haven’t really seen a trigger with the pill however I find when I come off it I’m happier and less bloated in a sense x

      I did mention how I only have it in moderation as I know it irritates my tummy ...
