Because mono broke his music box!! All is connected,if only six pulled mono up or thin man or future mono didnt sucked six,the cycle would end and everything will be normal!!! That's the only way to end the cycle!!! Which means if six pulled mono up,she wouldn't lose a part of her soul and the hunger wouldn't even exist In the present or the future,this possibility will even change the fate of six becoming "The lady of the maw" just like mono becoming the thin man!! It's just all a big time loop!!!! But at the end they both kill their future selves and let the time loop repeat itself, the lady or the thin man weren't the villains of little nightmares,it's just the all seeing eye repeating the time loop again and again till eternity!!!
