A really nice video! Made me feel as though I was back in the '50s. I did notice there appeared to be some places where the ground didn't mate seamlessly with the track. Might I suggest using non-PBR textures under non-procedural track and keeping PBR textures at least a grid square from the track, or using PBR textures at the smallest Value (scale) under procedural track and keep non PBR textures at least a grid square from the track. I've found that mixing PBR and non-PBR textures near track or roads leads to those weird gaps due to stitching failures. Keeping the value/scale of the textures the same also seems to help prevent those gaps. The first scene seemed to have this kind of issue near the switch stands in the near track. But Holy Cow! What a nice video!
@@Mas4449 Where did you get that water tower? I want to add one for some steam excursions for coal country but I can't seem to find one at least that is animated on the DLS.
In the config files there should be a section for steam effects, if you want you can copy the effects you want from another locos config into the other. Sometimes however you have to add some textures to the steam as well
the ones in this video are from here: wvrailroads.blogspot.com/2015/03/two-new-reskins-of-ben-neals-c-class-h.html?m=1 but you'll need to download the original at Subpar Productions.
Mas4449 trainz driver 3 is an upcoming game that is meant to replace TD2 and is supposed to be like TRS2019. And yes I know that none of this is on TD2.
Tryhard ASMR ah ok, but my guess is that N3V will be the ones to decide what goes on the app in terms of content. Which means it’s very unlikely anything in this video would be available.
Wow amazing footage look at those steam locomotives go😮😊
Living along the abandoned C&O Lexington sub. You did a great job capturing the feel of the area. Thanks.
Thanks for the comment!
@@Mas4449We don't like the fact that the c&o kanawhas are sounding like challenger 3985 in the video.
Man, the C&O sure did take better care of their right-of-way and locomotives back in those days! Thanks for sharing!

Thanks a ton! Also thank you for those tips, I’ll have to look into that.

Simply amazing! Trainz 2019 really has much better lighting.
G- Man well, Trainz a new era can also have the same effect depending on your settings in the game, but I do agree
@@NSB463 I don't know, some older routes that were built in older games don't look as good.
@@kremestation80 yeah, Kickstarter country is really bad in 19 ngl
This is really great.Good job!
thanks!
Ok, that was cool! 👍🏻
Those whistles sound 💯 correct
Awesome video man
Awesome work

@@drg-desperado4636 exactly cause i just changed the smoke texture and is still the same
Where can I download the whistle at 4:26?
It's a whistle made by an old friend, I don't think it's available anymore
Nice
Is their missions on this sim like logging with the steam loco?
wow!! can you please tell me where did you get this version of the c&o h8?
It’s from Steam Machine
@@RockyisjustRocky late but thx

Jointed Rail and Trainz forge.
@@Mas4449 thanks for the quick reply
Greyson Gaming08 sure thing
The woodhheeth c&o caboose comes with the k-2 Mikado from k&l trainz
@@drby0788 no like the boxcars and stuff but i figured that out a while ago
Where do you find All this?
Where did you get the c&o T-1?
NightPlays Productions it’s a private reskin made by somebody else
Where can I find the original model in that case?
what route was this?
Where do you find the Allegheny?

Where did you get this 1950's version of Coal Country?
Austin Kalgren I made it
if that version of the route is available can you link it please? I can't find it so it's either deleted or I cant find it
It’s not available anywhere, this just a small mod I did to the route and I don’t have permission to release it.
Isn’t the C&O Hinton Division Route set in the 1950s unless you already used it for a another video
It is, however, it's really not that great in my own opinion. The track work is questionable and the scenery just isn't right.
Is this custom or DLS. Because I hope this is on trainz driver 3
Tryhard ASMR not sure on what your referring to, but I do know that nothing here is available for Trainz driver 2

There's still plenty of Steam on C&O before the diesels took over.
Where did you get the c&o h7 2-8-8-2?
