I don't know what going on politically with Zara but be aware of their only 30 day return policy!! They will not even give in store credit after the 30 days. I'm stuck with 2 same $100 coats!!! | WILL NOT shop there ever again!!!!!!!!

Yes! Also, if you have it shipped to store, the 30 day starts when it gets to the store, not when you pick up!!

Thank you! That’s something else for customers to be aware of. It seems like quite a scam to not offer in-store credit or an exchange. Zara is a big enough company they can ATLEAST offer an exchange or in-store credit after the 30 days. Several stores offer 90 day returns and H&M after 30 days will let you atleast exchange. Altar'd State is amazing and does NOT have a return date limit!
