Edit: explanation about Shippuden 119 and 120. 119 and 120 are adaptations of a short manga Kishimoto made between the end of Naruto and the start of Naruto Shippuden (or at least, the parts that correspond to that, since the manga is only named "Naruto" through the totality of the story). They are about the past of certain characters that you already know. For some strange reason, Naruto Shippuden adapted them on chapters 119 and 120 (to be honest, I do know the reason, and it's basically a HUGE mistake). So, if you want to follow the manga order (which Kishimoto himself established) you should watch 119 after you finish Naruto OG. It's, of course, your decision to watch them on manga order or TV order, but personally I think you won't regret it, trust me.
