Any advice for finding an org? It's a struggle to find ones willing to coordinate or use applicable tactics. You seem to know what you're doing, and the thoughtfulness you put into what you do is nice.
Just team up with different people until you find ones you like. If someone attacks and kills you or pirates you see if they're good sports about it, or vice versa. A lot of the more experienced players end up turning to PVP of some sort because the NPCs are not a challenge, but losing your life, your gear, or your cargo is not the end and could be the beginning of a friendship.
Mostly P8s and custodians. But like I said in the video, I don't suggest you loot your ammo. It falls off your armor. You have to equip it multiple times before it stays. Just bring a huge stack of ammo instead.

Which guns/ammo are the mobs dropping? I guess it would be wise to bring that weapon to have a free stream of ammo
